About Sharon

Business Philosophy - Treat clients with respect and extend my best effort every time, staying informed through continuous education and involvement in the real estate community. My goal is to be your REALTOR® for life and to be the REALTOR® you recommend to your friends and family.

It's hard to believe I'm in my second decade of real estate! I guess it's true...time flies when you're having fun. It's definitely work, but it's work I LOVE! My market is in the Southern Crescent of Atlanta; the cities of Newnan, Sharpsburg, Senoia, Peachtree City, Fayetteville and surrounding communities. What great towns to live and work in. This area offers historic, town square living, or new modern subdivisions with pools, tennis and associations. There are also homes on acreage, farms, townhomes and a major interstate that runs right through the whole North-South corridor of the Southern Crescent.

Although it's highly fulfilling to help people achieve their dreams, Real Estate is also a profession that is demanding. I don't turn my phone off at 6 p.m. - I stay available all day. It is so much more than just shopping for the perfect house... it's contracts, negotiating, and finance, all elements that require knowledge and skill. With all the changes our economy has experienced the last few years, one of the biggest challenges REALTORS® face is keeping up. I attend classes regularly... in fact, I am past chairman of the Professional Development Committee of the Newnan Coweta Board of REALTORS®s, tasked with organizing and delivering quality education courses to our local Board of REALTORS®s. I think you deserve my best, so I stay informed and I pay attention to the details of your transaction. Buying or selling a house is big business for you. The details are super important, so I'm working with the lender, inspector, attorney, co-oping agent and you to deliver a transaction that protects you while making you happy.

Here's the personal 411 on me. I am the mother of two adult children and mother in law to a wonderful young man. I am married to my college sweetheart and we are empty nesters (empty nesting is really under-rated). We started life together in the Army and purchased our first home u sing his VA eligibility. If you are a veteran and you're not sure if you are eligible for VA benefits, I can help you find out.

For fun, I love to read, hang out with family and friends, try out a new restaurant, play Bunco with my gal friend, and jump in the car and go exploring with my hubby...something we did when we were first married and now have time and opportunity to do again. Family and friend time is most important to me and I love having friends over for dinner. I am Christian and love Jesus and am always involved in at least one Bible study. I am a full-time REALTOR® and take seriously the importance of my job to represent you well. Serving folks is what makes me tick. Besides real estate, the main way I do that is by cooking for them. So if you're sick, have a new baby or you've just had a rough week, you are a candidate for a home-made, delivered-to-your-door, meal.

My commitment goes beyond providing good service. It is smart, dedicated, experienced service. I want to serve you and I want to do it well enough that you will tell your friends and family about the great REALTOR® that you just worked with. Call me. Let's buy or sell a house together.
